1. VooZoo is operated under common law trademark globally since 18 June 2001.
2. VooZoo is a private members-only charity group, managed by Taher Khan of the United Kingdom.
3. Charity raffles held by VooZoo are operated under UK law. It is the responsibility of members to verify that they are allowed to participate in charity raffles. Accessing VooZoo.com implies that you are under UK regulations.
4. The probability of winning the small jackpot is 1/11, the probability of winning the medium jackpot is 1/110, and the probability of winning the large jackpot is 1/1100. There is a 1/3 probability of playing for each of the jackpots.
5. It is the responsibility of the member not to keep too large deposits of cash in their account. Please put only small amounts in, and when you have a win, please request a withdraw straight away. Just like if you were at a charity raffle, take the money home with you, don't leave it here.
6. Websites such as these are more often subject to hacker attacks. It is the responsibility of the member to make sure that there are no details or funds left in their account that can be used by hackers. Do not use the same passwords as you would on other websites or accounts.
7.It is possible for the system to go down completely, VooZoo does not accept responsibility for this. It is just a friendly neighborhood charity raffle. Members accept the responsibility that the system can go down completely for any reason and should that happen they stand the chance to lose their electronic accounts, including any funds left in the account.
8.Charges for deposits are taken care of by VooZoo, charges for withdrawals are taken care of by winners. There is roughly a 5% charge issued by PayPal for any withdrawal, this is not a cost by VooZoo, it is a cost by PayPal, we hope they will reduce it in the future. In the meantime, it is a costs associated with withdrawal are borne by the members at that time.
